The history of the Hotel Bräurup goes back to the 1920s, when Maria Gassner took over the management and worked with heart and mind to make the hotel famous. Even then, she recognized the importance of advertising and used hotel brochures and photos to attract potential guests and give them a taste of what to expect at Bräurup: a warm welcome in an idyllic retreat.
