Thomas im Hotel BräurupOur all-rounder Thomas from Dorf has been an integral part of Bräurup for 21 years. Starting out as a fishing rod builder and in-house technician, he is also a beer brewer today and our brewery can no longer be imagined without him. Thomas is responsible for all small repairs that may arise in our house and, together with the head of the house, ensures that there is always enough beer brewed for our guests. He likes to spend his free time on the mountain or on the golf course.
