With this system we brew primarily for our guest business:

an unfiltered, yeast-cloudy wheat beer with approx. 12.5 ° C original wort, alk. 5% vol.
an unfiltered, cloudy Märzen beer with approx. 12 ° C original wort, alk. 5,4 %

As well as special seasonal varieties:
Bock beer, naturally cloudy dark beer, wheat Bock beer, autumn beer, Urbräu, Pils, winter beer, dark wheat beer and the Mittersiller Stadtbräu!

Fermentation, maturation and storage take place in the fermentation cellar. The beer is transported directly from the storage tank to the tap on the bar via a newly installed pipe.

Subsequently, both main types of beer and the special beers will be filled in 1-liter or 2-liter bottles and offered for sale. Available for parties, garden parties or celebrations
10 l and 25 l kegs with beer pumps or 50 l kegs with through-flow coolers are also available.
