LATE-CHECK-OUT WITH ROOM:
Depending on availability, we can reserve your room for you until 6 p.m. so that you can still make the most of everything. The surcharge for this is € 45.00 per room including use of all hotel facilities.
Arriving by car:
Coming from the north – (not subject to vignette!) (D, NL, …): Munich – Kufstein – St. Johann in Tirol – KitzbĂĽhel – Pass Thurn – Mittersill / Hollersbach / Stuhlfelden
Coming from the west (CH): Inntal-Autobahn (A12 = toll sticker required!) – exit Wörgl Ost – St. Johann in Tirol – KitzbĂĽhel – Pass Thurn – Mittersill / Hollersbach / Stuhlfelden
Coming from the east: Vienna – Salzburg (A 1 = toll sticker required!) – Lofer – St. Johann in Tirol – KitzbĂĽhel – Pass Thurn – Mittersill / Hollersbach / Stuhlfelden
Coming from the south: Lienz – Matrei – Felbertauernstrasse (toll road) – Mittersill / Hollersbach / Stuhlfelden
Arrival by train:
International trains to Zell am See – from there by regional train approx. 25 km to Mittersill.
International trains to KitzbĂĽhel – from there approx. 20 km by bus to Mittersill.
The bus stop Mittersill Bahnhof is approx. 200 m away.
TIP: Ask at your train station for special fares of the German and Austrian Federal Railways (e.g. “Familien-Sparpreis Ă–sterreich”).
Arriving by plane:
Nearest airports: Salzburg 100 km, Innsbruck 121 km, Munich 170 km (Franz-Josef-StrauĂź)
We recommend renting a car if you are traveling by plane!
HALF BOARD:
from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

In our half-board area of the Gewölbe, Schwaiger and Rupertistube you can enjoy our daily breakfast buffet as well as the 4-course menu of your choice in the evening. Once a week we invite you to the traditional farmer’s buffet! Let our kitchen team pamper you with regional and international specialties.
DOWN PAYMENT:
To secure your and our booking, we ask you for a down payment
of € 150.00 per room.
Your booking is only binding once the deposit has been paid.

In the event of early departure or late arrival, we are forced to charge 90% of the board price. In addition, the provisions of the Austrian Hotel regulations, with the exception of special agreements. On the day of arrival, the room is available from 2 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 10 a.m. After our reservation confirmation, we ask for a deposit of € 150 per room, we will confirm immediately. Once the deposit has been received, the reservation is considered binding. If the stay is canceled after 30 days before the start of the trip, the deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
There are 2 e-charging stations for our guests directly at the hotel parking lot!
Charging your car is very easy with the Salzburg AG charging card or the electricity charging app for € 0.48 per KW
or with all major credit cards for € 0.53 per KW.
Dogs can only be booked on request and with prior reservation confirmation. As a dog fee, we charge € 15.00 per day without food. We ask for your understanding that your four-legged friends are not allowed in some rooms, in the dining room and in the spa area.
Please avoid letting your four-legged friends make themselves comfortable on the bench in the public area, in bed or on the couch. We reserve the right to charge any final cleaning that may be required.
Our parking lot is a marked short-term parking zone and with a parking meter for 90 minutes free of charge. Upon check-in, our hotel guests receive a parking permit for the duration of their stay and can use the parking lot free of charge
